Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RepIn60 (the "Service"), operated by Lewis Corporation, registered in Japan. By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

RepIn60 receives lead data from your contact forms, generates a personalized reply using a large language model, sends that reply as an email to the lead on your behalf, and logs the lead and reply to a Google Sheet you provide.

2. Your account

You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at lewis@lewis-corporation.jp.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited marketing, spam, or any communication that violates anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction).
• Send replies that impersonate a third party, contain misleading claims, or violate the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or overwhelm the Service.
• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, hateful, or deceptive content.

You are solely responsible for the content of the system prompt you configure and for the replies the Service generates on your behalf. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. AI output

Replies are generated by a large language model and may contain errors, omissions, or statements that do not reflect your actual business. You are responsible for reviewing the quality of replies your account sends and for any claims they contain. The Service provides tools (a system prompt editor, a preview endpoint, style presets, and a test-lead button) so you can validate reply quality before pointing a live form at your webhook.

5. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, for non-payment, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, we will delete your account data within 30 days. Data stored in your own Google Sheet is not affected.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of AI-generated replies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lewis Corporation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and notify active users by email if the change is material. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
